Negative Feedback "Have been with them since they were Snap! - and used to be good. Since then, their support has got worse. I want to support the challengers, and not the huge multinationals, but when they are so incompetent it makes it hard. Rang 2 Degrees 4 weeks before we moved house to arrange moving service to the new address - so far, so good. Guy on the phone was helpful and assured me everything would be seamless, and I'd get an SMS when the move had happened. I even rang them again, 2 days before the move in case the situation had changed, but no - everything was on track. Moving day was hectic, couldn't actually find the VDSL router, and didn't get an SMS either. Figured it was an oversight. The next day I found the router and plugged it in, but got no internet. Rang them, had to wait 40 mins (on a mobile, as no phone line) to speak to someone. Her attitude was amazing, she informed me the new service would go live IN TEN DAYS. Not even an apology, no real explanation except "Chorus". I was pretty disappointed and unhappy (and told her so) and she didn't offer to try and put it right or try to help. And that's the story of how 2degrees lost a customer."
